1. How can I book a home appointment?

You can easily book through our Book Appointment page or message us directly via WhatsApp. Our team will coordinate the date and time with you.


2. What happens during a home appointment?

Our stylist will visit your location, take accurate measurements, show you fabric samples, help you choose styles, and let you try on available suit sizes if needed. Everything is customized to your preferences.


3. How long does delivery take?

We deliver within 2–5 business days across all cities in Egypt. Custom-tailored orders may take a bit longer, depending on adjustments and fabric availability.


4. Do you offer exchanges or returns?

Yes, we offer exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition.
Note: Custom-made suits are non-returnable unless defective.

5. How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.


6. Can I make changes to my custom suit after placing the order?

Yes, you can request changes within 24 hours of your order confirmation. After that, changes may not be possible depending on the production stage.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Egypt, but we’re working on expanding soon.
